Returns and Refunds and Warranty


At Gofurnisia, we pack our products with a lot of care and love to ensure they reach you safely. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product and box within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will resolve this immediately for you.

We understand that sometimes our lovely products may not fit in your home as expected. Therefore, we provide returns as a service. We accept returns only up to 3 days post-delivery of the order only if they have passed the eligibility criteria. Please clearly mention the items you wish to return. If you are partially returning an order, kindly hand over only the partial order to the pickup agent.

The return will be processed without any charge. You will need to send the product back to our warehouse and, we will issue a store credit for the value of the items returned so you can shop for anything else on our website. Please note that shipping charges (if any) paid at the time of placing the order are not refundable. We reserve the right to deny a free return if a previous COD order has been canceled at the doorstep.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, incase pickup is not available. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We would require the returned items to have their original packing. The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it. We would also require all original papers to be returned with the product.

In rare cases, it is possible that the pincode might be unserviceable by our courier partners for returns. In such cases, the reverse pickup can only be done once the pincode becomes serviceable again.

Orders cannot be canceled/altered after 4 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return if there is non-acceptance. For COD orders, Gofurnisia reserves the right to deny future orders. In the case of prepaid orders, Gofurnisia reserves the right to charge two-way shipping costs.

Once returns are received by us and clear our quality checks, you will receive store credit/voucher which you will be able to redeem in your next purchase. The voucher can be used anytime in the next 3 months without any limitations.

We aim to process all disputes very amicably because we want the best for your home. In case there are any disputes which are not resolved despite our best efforts, the jurisdiction for the disputes shall be Jodhpur, India.

Eligible Conditions for Return or Replacement:

Incorrect Product: If the item delivered doesn’t match the description on our website or if you receive a product different from what was ordered.

Quality or Manufacturing Defect: If the product you receive has a genuine defect or damage.

It’s important to note that the unique charm of our products lies in their handcrafted nature. Artisans craft each piece individually, which may lead to slight variations in color, shape, or size. These distinctions make your item special and are not considered defects.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How the Warranty Works:
At GOFURNISIA, we ensure our products are free from manufacturing defects. If a defect is found, we offer up to 1-year repair warranty from the date of purchase. Within the first year, we provide free repair services. For the subsequent years, repair services are available at the customer's expense, including component costs if applicable.
If you notice a manufacturing defect, it is important to promptly notify the place where your purchase was made. If purchased directly from GOFURNISIA.com, contact our Customer Support team on +91-7559292138 or mail us on CONTACT@GOFURNISIA.com. To exercise your rights under this warranty, please follow the steps below: -
1. Provide the original tax invoice or order number.
2. Submit pictures or a video showing the relevant part or the entire product.
3. Include the warranty certificate/confirmation, if available.
Our Commitment
GOFURNISIA warrants to you, the original buyer, that our products shall be free of defects in material and/or workmanship attributable to manufacturing for the period specified below from the date of receipt. Damage resulting from improper handling after merchandise is received or from exposure to weather or extreme atmospheric conditions is not covered by the GOFURNISIA warranty. This warranty is subject to normal use under normal conditions.
The repair or replacement of defective goods constitutes GOFURNISIA's entire obligation. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. GOFURNISIA shall in no event be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
If any model or sample is shown to the buyer, it is used merely to illustrate the general type and quality of goods, not to represent that the goods supplied will necessarily conform in all respects to the sample or model. All claims for the seller’s failure to comply with this warranty shall be governed by the provisions of this paragraph.
Variation Due to Natural Characteristics of Materials
Wood and leather possess unique inherent characteristics, including color, texture, grains, fibers, wrinkles, blemishes, and natural marks such as insect bites on leather. Please be aware that slight variations in fabric upholstery color or texture are normal and should be deemed acceptable; GOFURNISIA will not be held liable for such variations.

Solid wood may undergo expansion or contraction due to changes in climate (such as temperature and humidity), resulting in superficial hairline cracks. Similarly, natural leather may develop creases or folds when exposed to varying temperatures and humidity levels. While GOFURNISIA employs various curing processes to mitigate these natural occurrences, complete elimination is not always possible due to their inherent nature. Variations in color, texture, grains, and dimensions may occur, for which GOFURNISIA assumes no liability.
Tolerance
Our products are crafted with a dimensional tolerance of +/- 10mm. Variations in seating comfort may arise from factors such as construction, form, foam, fabric, or materials, each with its own natural characteristics. Differences in seating firmness or softness are typical and do not indicate inferior workmanship or defects. GOFURNISIA assumes no liability for such variations.
This Warranty Excludes:-
a. Minor imperfections and slight cosmetic flaws
b. Stains, soiling, burns, and discoloration that occur over time due to use
c. Dampness or mold
d. Individual or personalized preferences relating to firmness, texture, comfort, etc.
e. Individual or personalized allergies and sensitivities
f. Naturally occurring cotton or foam aromas
g. Conditions resulting from abusive handling, misuse, or neglect
The following circumstances, if discovered upon inspection by the technical team of GOFURNISIA, will void your warranty: -
Any unsanitary condition
Burns
Physical abuse of the product
Attempting to clean the product in an inappropriate manner
Improper storage of the product (including storage in damp locations, areas infested with insects or rodents, or any other unprotected storage areas)
Purchase from resellers who are not authorized retailers


Materials Covered under Warranty Policy
Solid Wood:-
Solid Wood furniture is a product of nature. Characteristics such as knots, grain variation, color variation, and mineral streaking are natural and not considered defects. Warranty period of up to 1 year.
MDF:-
Covered for up to 1 year, except if mishandled by the end user.
• Lacquer Polish: Covered for up to 1 year. (Except if mishandled by the end user).
• DUCO Paint: Covered for up to 1 year. (Except if mishandled by the end user).
• PU Paint/Polish: Covered for up to 1 year. (Except if mishandled by the end user).
• Veneer Finish: Covered for up to 1 year. (Except if mishandled by the end user).

Metal: -
• GI (Galvanized Iron): Covered for up to 1 year, excluding abrasive scratches leading to rust or tarnishing.

• Stainless Steel: Covered for up to 1 year, excluding abrasive scratches leading to rust or tarnishing.
Metal Finish:-
• Powder-coating: Covered for up to 1 year, except if mishandled by the end user.
• Electroplating: Covered for up to 1 year, except if mishandled by the end user.
• Polishing: Covered for up to 1 year, except if mishandled by the end user.
• Anodizing: Covered for up to 1 year, except if mishandled by the end user.
• Brushed: Covered for up to 1 year, except if mishandled by the end user.
• Satin: Covered for up to 1 year, except if mishandled by the end user.
• Paint: Covered for up to 1 year, except if mishandled by the end user.
• Mirror Finish: Covered for up to 1 year, except if mishandled by the end user.
• Oxidation: Covered for up to 1 year, except if mishandled by the end user.
• PVD: Covered for up to 1 year, except if mishandled by the end user.
