Shipping & Return Policy

At GoFurnisia, we are committed to delivering the best quality furniture and home decor to your doorstep. We want your experience to be seamless from the moment you click "buy" to the moment you unbox your purchase.

 


 

Part 1: Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Rates

We believe in transparency and keeping things simple.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders above INR 399 across India. 

  • For all orders below 399, a nominal shipping fee of INR 99 is applied on checkout.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

  • Estimated Delivery:

    • Metro Cities: 3-7 business days.

    • Rest of India: 5-10 business days.

    • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume or logistics partner delays.

3. Shipment Areas

Currently, GoFurnisia ships exclusively to addresses within India. We do not ship internationally at this time.

4. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 


 

Part 2: Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you aren’t entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 3 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 3 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused and uninstalled.

  • In its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive the full value of your returned item.

4. No Final Sale Items

At GoFurnisia, we stand behind all our products. There are no "Final Sale" items. All products listed on our store are eligible for return provided they meet the return window and condition requirements.

5. The Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at [support@gofurnisia.com].

  1. Request: Email us your Order ID and the reason for the return.

  2. Pickup: If your return is accepted, we will arrange for a return pickup from your address.

  3. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our conditions.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • If approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your bank account details or UPI ID to process the refund.

 


 

Part 3: Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us immediately (within the 3-day window) if:

  • The item is defective.

  • The item is damaged.

  • You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
